Hi there and thanks for the detailed response. all NA2 and the NTK Daemon do is download our products into your computer wherever you told us to download stuff to.

We don't read messages, we don't check mail. This was also the case for Blizzard I believe. For us to be able to download anything, or locate anything, we unfortunately need full disk access.

Nothing we did differently before, and we don't know why this change was added. Then for activation we have to write to a mac's plist registry. We read the disk to see inside your allocated directory to be able to detect whether our product already exists there, and if it doesn't, we create a temporary folder to download the installer to, execute the installer which then writes those product files into youR allocated directory, then we delete the temporary folder and the installer upon completion. Basically, we need elevated permissions via full disk access to read and write files to your disk. This is because as of MacOS 13 something on the os end affected the permissions we needed to be able to execute downloads and installations programmatically.
